I Anbassa Word Power Movement (Reggae) - (Set time: 7:15 PM)
I Anbassa & The Word. Sound. Power. Movement delivers high energy, original World Reggae, grounded in Rastafari roots music, laced with rock, funk and afrobeat. Bringing forward a fresh, new and infectious sound, I Anbassa (vocals and guitar) ignites on stage backed by The Word. Sound. Power. Movement: Dave Reiss on bass, Jason Metcalf on keys, Natasha DiMarco on vocals and Matt Moadel on drums. The band's intuitive hooks and bubbling rhythms instantly get the crowd moving and singing along to lyrics that promote self-awareness, consciousness, positivity, and above all, Jah love.

Based out of New York and Connecticut, I Anbassa previously known as Ras N’gosi Anbassa, has been working with his own band since the Summer of 2009. The band's message of positivity and boundless energy has made them a popular choice to play charity events and they spearheaded two successful Hope for Haiti benefits. I Anbassa was voted "Best Reggae Band" in 2010, 2011 and 2012 in the Fairfield Weekly's Connecticut Grand Band Slam Awards. Two songs off his debut EP “Bezu Fehker” have been placed in an award winning independent film “Puff” which has been selected for a possible Netflix series.
